THE PROCESS

VISION & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT - 1-2 weeks

Initial discussion/ meeting with client to identify their design intentions and requirements/ special requests
Acceptance of interior design contract
Research and start developing a design concept
Research initial finish samples and furniture and create initial moodboards for client’s approval

PURCHASING STAGE - optional, upon agreement
with client

Prepare and present proposals with clickable list of final items and description of items to be purchased
Orders with vendors
Deliveries management

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT - 4-6 weeks

Furniture placement plans & interior elevations
Final direction moodboards for furniture selections colours, window treatments, fixtures & finishes
Lighting plans & sample product sourcing
Paint schedule & pairings
3D views (1x for each room)

INSTALLATION & CONCLUSION - optional, upon agreement with client
